Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment clearance, stock permitting. Orders featuring personalised garments are typically dispatched within 3-4 working days.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 - 20 working days from the date of purchase, however sometimes due to circumstances out of our control (i.e courier, logistic issues), it may take longer. If we are unable to deliver your order within 60 days from date of purchase, we will offer you full refund.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by your country. We are not accountable for delays in customs clearance.
RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
You may return your purchase if you notify us within 30 days of receiving it (or within 30 days of purchase if you have expressly asked us to retain your order prior to shipment).
Returned items are refunded or exchanged on the condition that we receive them in perfect, saleable condition, with all original labels, and without signs of having been worn or washed.

If you are returning any of our products from abroad, please ensure that you write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on your customs form. We will not take back parcels to which customs Duty or import VAT are applied, and these parcels will be sent back to you.
We recommend that you return items via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
